If you're a fan of Notion (just like me!) and love working on tasks to see them getting ticked off your list, you're in the right place!

I created this out of my passion for documenting my day-to-day activities and using cool formulas to analyze my work at the end of the year. After the passing of a year, it was hard to look back and find out what I really did that year, this tracker I believe would tell myself what my memory cannot at the end of a year.

It is personalized for my needs, but I would love to share the template with anyone interested. And it is usable in the Free Version of Notion.

Mail me at meenatchisneha2000@gmail.com for the template :)

DISCLAIMER

Productivity or setting yearly goals is, of course, not a mandate, so don't feel pressured if you are here out of FOMO. Just read ahead if you would like to know how versatile and amazing Notion can be.

In we dive!

I wanted to be able to improve myself in various categories, and I called them GOAL(s).

How to achieve this big word - GOAL was by breaking it down into simpler SUB-GOALS.

Sub Goals were still achievements and not tasks that I could pick up on a sunny day and work with, so SUB GOALS are broken down into a Action Plans.

Just fancy terms; I have seen another Notion User call them TREE > BRANCHES > LEAVES, which is so cool!

A Goal can have any number of Sub Goals and similarly any number of Action Plans

Now, how does this Tracker Work?

I can choose a field I would like to improve myself in, let's say, PERSONAL GROWTH. This would be my GOAL.

I would choose SUB-GOALS that would ultimately help me reach my GOAL, such as Physical Health, Improve Self-Confidence, Increase Reading, etc.

Now, what do I do to Increase my Reading Habit? It's in the Task List - Action Plans. More specific is better, like instead of assigning a task as "Read a book a month," I could rephrase it as "Read 'Apples Never Fall’ before February."

Making it less vague increases the chances of me confronting the task. And setting a deadline, of course, gives the extra push.

I have included standard templates for Goals, Sub Goals, and Action Plans so they can be created along the way at any point in time, and they are all related, so changes in each of them reflect throughout the page.

The progress trackers are set for each SUB-GOAL and GOALS. So it would be energizing to see the small ACTION PLANS ticked off result in progress. Simple pleasures, but they totally work!

Just wanted to put it on the Internet to see if it interests any fellow Notion Users!

Do reach out if it does 🙂

As always, Thank you for Reading <3
